Shabat, 28th of Tammuz, 5774

Shabat is the fourth day of Week 43 and the fourth day of the cycle of Malchut (Kingship), Netzach shebeChesed shebeMalchut, Victory/Determination within Kindness within Kingship. This week also represents the "Shavuot" and "Shivah Yemei Miluim" of the cycle of Yesod (Foundation).

Shabat is also the twelfth day of the fourteenth 22-day cycle of the year, related to the letter Nun Sofit (the final Nun). The following verse from Chapter 3 of the Book of Lamentations is connected to the twelfth letter, the Lamed:

12. The kings of the earth did not believe, nor all the inhabitants of the world, that a foe or enemy could enter the gates of Jerusalem.

This verse can be interpreted positively as follows:

12. The kings of the earth did not believe, nor all the inhabitants of the world, that a (previous) foe and enemy would enter the gates of Jerusalem in peace.
