Friday, 27th of Tammuz, 5774

Friday is the third day of Week 43 and the third day of the cycle of Malchut (Kingship), Tiferet shebeChesed shebeMalchut, Balance/Beauty within Kindness within Kingship. This week also represents the "Shavuot" and "Shivah Yemei Miluim" of the cycle of Yesod (Foundation).

Friday is also the eleventh day of the fourteenth 22-day cycle of the year, related to the letter Nun Sofit (the final Nun). The following verse from Chapter 3 of the Book of Lamentations is connected to the eleventh letter, the Kaf:

11. The Lord has spent His fury, He has poured out His fierce anger, and He has kindled a fire in Zion, which has consumed her foundations.

This verse can be interpreted positively as follows:

11. The Lord extinguished His fury, He poured out (likewise extinguished) His fierce anger, and (instead) He kindled a fire in Zion, and Zion "ate" (drew nourishment from) her foundations.
