Sunday, 14th of Av, 5774

Sunday is the fifth day of Week 45 and the nineteenth day of the cycle of Malchut (Kingship), Hod shebeTiferet shebeMalchut, Glory/Acknowledgement within Balance/Beauty within Kingship.

Sunday is also the fifth day of the fifteenth 22-day cycle of the year, related to the letter Peh Sofit (the final Peh). Although this chapter also has 22 verses, it is not openly an acrostic. However, there is a way to rearrange the verses. The following verse (7) from Chapter 5 of the Book of Lamentations is connected to the fifth letter, the Heh:

21. Restore us to You, O Lord, that we may be restored! Renew our days as of old.

כא. הֲשִׁיבֵנוּ יְהֹוָה | אֵלֶיךָ וְנָשׁוּבָה חַדֵּשׁ יָמֵינוּ כְּקֶדֶם:

Obs: Chapter 5 of Lamentations works as an acrostic if you take the three verses that begin with 'Al, עַל , and apply them as above for the letter Gimmel, Dalet and Samech. Also, for those verses for which the first letter appears in more than one verse, use only one verse and take the second letter of the remaining verses.
