Sefirah and Aleph-Bet Combination for Shabat, 2nd of Sivan, 5774

Shabat is the fourth day of Week 35 and the forty-sixth day of the Omer (the cycle of Hod, Glory/Acknowledgement), Netzach shebeMalchut (shebeHod), Victory/Endurance within Kingship (within Glory/Acknowledgement).

Shabat is also the twenty-second day of the eleventh 22-day cycle of the year, related to the letters Shin and Tav. The following verse from Chapter 3 of the Book of Lamentations is connected to the twenty-second letter, the Tav:

64. Requite them, O Lord, according to the work of their hands.


סד. תָּשִׁיב לָהֶם גְּמוּל יְהֹוָה כְּמַעֲשֵׂה יְדֵיהֶם:
