Thursday is the second day of Week 45 and the sixteenth day of the cycle of Malchut (Kingship), Gevurah shebeTiferet shebeMalchut, Might/Discipline within Balance/Beauty within Kingship.
Thursday is also the second day of the fifteenth 22-day cycle of the year, related to the letter Peh Sofit (the final Peh). Although this chapter also has 22 verses, it is not openly an acrostic. However, there is a way to rearrange the verses to form an (almost) perfect acrostic. The following verse (7) from Chapter 5 of the Book of Lamentations is connected to the second letter, the Beit:
9. With our lives we bring our bread, because of the sword of the wilderness.
ט. בְּנַפְשֵׁנוּ נָבִיא לַחְמֵנוּ מִפְּנֵי חֶרֶב הַמִּדְבָּר:
